1. Stop the manual operation by non professional trainers, and stop the change of robot speed and coordinates by non equipment protection personnel.

2. If the robot needs to be manually controlled due to protection or production process, it should be ensured that there are no relevant workers or obstacles on the robot's walking road scale, and the robot speed should be gradually adjusted from fast to slow. Selecting a low magnification speed for manual operation can increase the robot's control and safety, and prevent mechanical damage and loss caused by excessive speed.

If cables, gas pipes or oil pipes need to be increased due to production demand, please do not twist the cables and pipes into a fried dough twist shape, or there may be too much conflict with the inside of the drag chain, so as to prevent the outer surface of the cables from wearing and the pipes from breaking, forming an internal core exposure, causing leakage or affecting signal transmission.
Startup operation of truss manipulator:
1. Know the position of the peripheral safety switch of the robot, and be able to find the button in case of emergency.
2. Before startup and operation, it is necessary to know the mission that the robot will perform according to the programmed program.
3. Know that the robot controls the safety switch, sensors and control signals, and pay attention to the control cabinet and conditions
4. The robot operates at a fast speed. All personnel shall not stay near the packing position or the guardrail. All operators shall not approach the robot's moving track. The equipment protection personnel shall be responsible for the protection. (Personnel not receiving professional training are not allowed to enter the robot working area)
Precautions for operators
1. When the robot is running, the robot needs to stop. It can press the external emergency stop button, the pause button, and the pause button on the display first. If it needs to continue running, press the reset button to keep the robot working.
When closing the robot power supply, it is not necessary to press the external emergency stop button, and the robot power supply can be closed directly.
2. When starting the robot, pay attention to whether the robot returns to the original position. If it is not, please manually return to the original position before running the machine. After turning over the main switch of the robot, stop starting the robot when the robot is not in the original position.
3. After turning over the robot switch, check whether the emergency button of the external control box and the emergency stop button of the vacuum pump have been pressed. If they have been pressed, turn them over first, and then start the machine. After stopping turning over the main switch of the robot, press the start button to start the robot. The robot will show a single step. It is necessary to check the direction of pressing the emergency stop switch and turn them up, and press reset to keep the robot running.
