Automatic packaging assembly line, also known as automatic assembly line, is an industrial production mode. According to the conveying mode of the assembly line, it can be divided into seven types: belt assembly line, plate chain line, double speed chain, plug-in line, mesh belt line, suspension line and drum assembly line. It generally consists of traction parts, bearing members, driving devices, tensioning devices, direction changing devices and supporting parts. Assembly line operation is either fast or good, and its action must have added value, so it also depends on whether its action is simple and to the point, so it requires the concept of action economy principle. To put it simply, the actions of human hands can be divided into moving, grasping, releasing, leading, using, decomposing, and also a psychological and spiritual role. Therefore, other actions shall be excluded or simplified as far as possible under the condition that the production requirements can be met.

1、 The design principles are as follows:

1. Moving: make the materials automatically reach the desired position, shorten the moving distance, reduce the weight of the objects to be moved, avoid the obstacles around the moving path, and make the material box inclined to shorten the distance around the edge.

2. Grasping: The materials in the material box should be arranged as neatly as possible, and should not be piled up in disorder. For things that are inconvenient to take, the space for holding should be reserved first.

3. Front position: as with holding, the materials in the material box can be neatly arranged, and do not pile up in disorder.

4. Use: make the machine fully automatic.

5. Spiritual function: replace human judgment with machinery, reduce the movement of operators' eyes, etc.

2、 Features of various automatic assembly line equipment:

1. The characteristics of the plate chain automatic assembly line: the product is relatively heavy and runs synchronously with the production line, which can realize the product climbing; The pace of production is not very fast; With the chain plate surface as the bearing, the product can be transported stably.

2. The characteristics of the drum type automatic assembly line are as follows: the types of products carried are wide, and there are few restrictions; It can be used together with the stopper to realize the continuous, rhythmic operation and accumulation of the product; By using the lifting and translation device, offline repair or detection of products can be realized without affecting the operation of the entire assembly line.

3. Features of belt type automatic assembly line: the products are relatively light and have few shape restrictions; Synchronous operation with the production line can realize the climbing and turning of products; With the belt as the carrier and conveyor, the product can be transported stably, and the light materials or products can be transported for a long distance with low noise.

4. Features of automatic assembly line for differential conveying; It is also possible to install special rotary machines, testing equipment, manipulators and other devices on or near the line body.
