During the working process of the chain conveyor, many parts are prone to accidents if they do not pay attention to the safe use. In order to avoid the interests of customers being damaged, the safe use specifications of several important parts are described briefly:

1, the chain plate must have sufficient strength. It is strictly prohibited to replace high-strength conveyor belts with low-strength conveyor belts.

2. Brake device

(1) The chain conveyor must be in a state that can act as a brake at any time under the brake device. The brake friction surface shall not have defects that hinder the braking performance or be stuck with oil.

(2) The brake device for normal and emergency use should be marked prominently and should be located in a position that is easy to operate.

3. The tension device should be equipped with a limit position stopper. When the automatic tensioning device is raised to the limit position, it must ensure that the lifting power is automatically cut off and the lifting signal is forbidden. When the current drops to the limit position, ensure that the descending power supply is automatically cut off, and the forbidden descending signal is given.
